Welcome to the 27th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament Reservation page.

We hope you will consider being a sponsor for the event.

There are four our different levels of team sponsorships. All include a 4 person team and various combinations of Sign / Recognition options. Crimson Champion also includes Team Mulligans & Team Skirt.

There are six Sign / Recognition options, listed below. Some combinations of these are included with the team sponsorships. These can also be purchased separately.

Ivory – $ 250

Yellow Hammer – $ 150
- Beverage / Course Cart Sign (only 4 available)

Team Mulligans & Team Skirt are available for purchase for teams on the form below and at the tournament check-in.

All proceeds from the event go to our scholarship funds.

Reservations and payments must be made prior to the event. There will be no walk-ups. The last day to make a reservation will be Sept 11th so we can give Windstone an accurate head count.

Form instructions:

You have the option to:

Purchase a sponsorship (all of which include a 4 person team)
Purchase Sign / Recognition options (sponsorships each include some combination of sign/recognition options)
Purchase individual reservations (you’ll be put into a team with other individual players)
Or any combination of the above.

Purchaser Info: Enter your name, email and phone.
Team Sponsorships Options: You can select none or at most one option from this list.
Recognition Options: You can select multiple items from this list if you wish. All but Playbook allow for multiple orders, if needed. Just update the Quantity field below your selection and be sure to click the Update Shopping Cart button.
Individual Player(s): This option is mainly for signing up less than a full team (1, 2 or 3 players). If you select this option, enter the number of players you are signing up in the “Quantity” box.
Team Add-ons: Team Mulligans & Team Skirt will only show up if you select one of the Team Sponsorship Options other than Crimson Champion. (These are already included with the Crimson Champion sponsorship). These will also be available for purchase at the tournament check-in.
Donation: If you can’t play but would like to contribute to our scholarship fund, you can check this box and enter the amount you would like to give. If you are playing and want to give a little extra, you can also use this to add your contribution. Either way, we are very grateful and the students that will benefit will also be very grateful!
Shopping Cart / Update Shopping Cart: The shopping cart will show the items you have selected and their value. Be sure and click on the Update Shopping Cart button and confirm that all the items and the total are correct before submitting the form.
Enter All Player Names: Enter all the names of the players. Use “Unknown” for those that you don’t yet have names for.
Business Name: If you are purchasing a Team Sponsorship or a Recognition Option, you will be required to enter a business name. If you are purchasing as an individual, just use your name here. Your business address is optional but appreciated if we need to get in touch.
Alternate Sign Wording: If you want your team name or the information on your signs to be something other than your business name, you can enter that here.
Upload Logo: If you would like us to use your logo on your signs or social media, you can upload that here.
Additional Info: If there is anything that you want us to know about your order beyond what you’ve enter in the form fields, you can enter that here. We will get back with you at the email address you provided if we need more information.
Submit: When you have checked everything and are satisfied with your order, hit the Submit button. Again, be sure and click the Update Shopping Cart button and check the items in your cart and the total before submitting.
Reset: The Reset button will clear the form so that you can start over.

When you click the Submit button you will to be taken to the PayPal site to complete your purchase. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account. At the PayPal login, there is an option below that where you can select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. That does not require you to have a PayPal account.
Once your payment is processed, you should receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If you don’t see an email with “Reservation Acknowledgement” in the subject, please check your junk/spam folder. Please give it 5-10 minutes for the payment to process and the email to arrive.

Paying by check?

If you would rather pay by check, please send it as soon as possible to the address below. Please include Name, Email, Phone and the Names of All Guests.

If you are purchasing a sponsorship, please email us the company name and any information about your company that you would like to have included on the event signage and on our website and Facebook pages. Also, please attach an image of your company logo. You can email that to golftournament@chattabamaclub.com.
