Scholarship Golf Tournament

The date is set for our 27th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament. It is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2024.

We will once again be at Windstone Golf Club. Those that played last year can tell you what a great location it is.

Online registration is available now. We hope you will consider supporting with one of our sponsorship options.

Remember that all proceeds go to our scholarship fund which helps students from the Greater Chattanooga area attend The University of Alabama.

First, thanks to all those who became members over these last few months!  Welcome! 

We still have many, many friends of the Chattabama Club who have not yet joined our club and many members who haven’t yet renewed.

An individual membership is $25.00 per year (July 1-June 30) and $35.00 for a family membership.

Donations

We've recently had a few people ask if there was a way that they could donate to the club. We have added options on the Scholarships Page.

If you wish to donate to a specific scholarship fund, we recommend you use the links to donate directly through the National Alumni Association site.

If you would rather donate directly to the club, there are two options given. All donations directly to the club will go to the Chattanooga Chapter Endowed Scholarship fund.

In Memory

We have lost three friends recently.

Jack Danner was a long time member and treasurer with the Chattanooga Chapter and a treasured friend.

Betty Johnson was a long time member, well known by many in the Chattanooga Chapter.

Calvin Brown was also known by many in the chapter. Calvin was an important part of the National Alumni Association organization.

All of them will be greatly missed

Web Support

Our new website has been active for some time now. It has been well received.

There isn't a lot of work associated with the upkeep but we'd like to have more than one person set up to maintain the website and Facebook.

If you'd be interested in being part of the website support team, let us know through the Volunteer Form.

You don't need experience; I can teach you what you need to know. If you have experience, you can probably teach me!
